This afternoon, the House passed the VA conference report by a vote of 420-5. I voted yes. The conference report was the result of a House-Senate compromise; it contains some positive pro-veterans reforms to provide relief for veterans who are being mistreated, but it falls short of fully reforming the way veterans are provided with health services.
